This could be your next move.We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a collaborative HR and recruiting team in Greenwood Village, Colorado.This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 2 years of Talent Acquisition, recruiting support, or HR operations experience who enjoys being the person behind the scenes keeping the entire hiring process moving.You’ll work closely with a team of four full-time recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners while supporting everything from job requisitions and interview coordination to onboarding, employee records, compliance, and recruiting technology.This is a 4-month contract-to-hire opportunity, so there is real potential for the right person to grow with the organization.Why You'll Want This RoleContract-to-hire opportunity with room for long-term growthGreat next step for someone looking to grow within Talent Acquisition and HRHands-on experience with UKG Recruiting and HRIS workflowsWork closely with a team of 4 full-time recruitersBroader exposure to recruiting, onboarding, HR operations, compliance, benefits, and employee recordsHybrid potential after approximately 6 months, based on performance and business needsJoin a tight-knit, collaborative environment with opportunities for internal mobilityBuild experience with platforms including UKG, LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, and Microsoft OfficeWhat You'll Be DoingTalent Acquisition OperationsYou’ll help keep the recruiting engine running smoothly from the moment a position opens through the hiring and onboarding process.Coordinate recruiting workflows through UKG Recruiting and related talent acquisition systemsProcess and manage job requisitions, postings, candidate workflows, and offer requestsMaintain complete and accurate candidate recordsManage recruiting platforms and subscriptions, including UKG Recruiting, Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, and other sourcing toolsMonitor the Talent Acquisition shared email inboxGenerate recruiting reports and metrics as requestedKeep recruiting workflows organized and moving forward without needing constant follow-upCandidate Experience & Interview CoordinationCreating a positive candidate experience will be a huge part of this role.Coordinate interviews and scheduling logistics for candidates and hiring teamsServe as a key point of contact throughout the recruiting processMake sure candidates receive professional, timely, and engaging communicationAssist with offer preparation and pre-employment activitiesHelp create a smooth experience from application through onboardingPre-Employment & OnboardingOnce the offer is accepted, you’ll help make sure everything is ready for a successful first day.Coordinate BG checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirementsMonitor screening results and provide timely updates to recruiters and hiring managersAdminister new hire onboarding, including:Offer letter processingNew hire paperworkI-9/E-Verify completionSystem setup coordinationAct as a resource for new hires during their first days and weeksAssist with pre-employment and onboarding documentationSupport offboarding processes for departing employees, including exit paperwork, system deactivation requests, and final documentationHR Operations & Employee SupportThis role isn’t limited to recruiting.
