Bilingual Home Care Coordinator (Bengali Speaking)

About Us

We are a growing home health care agency dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to patients and families throughout our community. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and motivated Bilingual Home Care Coordinator (Bengali Speaking) to join our team.

This role is responsible for coordinating patient services, communicating with Bengali-speaking patients and families, and ensuring the timely delivery of quality home care services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate home care services for patients and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with Bengali-speaking patients and families.
• Schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with clinical, intake, staffing, and administrative teams.
• Assist patients with service-related questions and concerns.
• Follow up with patients, caregivers, and families to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve scheduling and service issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Bengali and English (required).
• Previous home care, healthcare, customer service, or coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and electronic record systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use standard office equipment.
• Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and by telephone.
