VoIP & Communications Technician — IT Support
KATMAI
Katmai is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist to provide telephone and in-person technical support to MRICD employees in Maryland. You will handle installations, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for phones, network devices, and workstations, maintain incident tickets, and coordinate with senior staff on complex issues. Requirements include baseline DoD IA IAT Level I certification and ability to obtain a Secret clearance; familiarity with Remedy ticketing systems; experience with VOIP, telecom #J-18808-Ljbffr KATMAI
