Academic Program Assistant

The USC Dana and David Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences is seeking an Academic Program Specialist. The largest and oldest of the USC schools, USC Dornsife functions as the academic core of the university, offering courses and advancing knowledge across the humanities, social sciences and natural sciences. Join our team and help bring global academic experiences to life! The Academic Program Specialist will support Dornsife’s study abroad and other travel program opportunities by assisting in coordinating program operations, communications, financial transactions, data analysis, and logistics. This position will also serve as a key resource for students and domestic and international partners. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong communication, customer service, and project management skills who thrives while managing multiple priorities. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, plus at least two years of relevant experience in higher education, customer service, or a related field. Knowledge of or experience with Workday Finance, Terra Dotta, Excel, Outlook and website maintenance is desirable but not required. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. The University reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. The hourly rate range for this position is $29.76 - $34.76. Proven project management and problem solving skills, able to handle multiple timelines, changing priorities, and fluctuating workloads.
