Your impact

Run a CNC lathe to produce short-run parts with tight repeatability
Execute multiple set-ups each shift to keep work moving
Perform tool changes and refine offsets for optimal results
Call up and change existing programs per job
Check critical features with gauges, calipers, and micrometers

What it takes

Minimum 2 years of CNC lathe machining experience
Hands-on experience with tool changes and offset adjustments
Willingness to jump in and help other areas as needed

Why this role

Hours: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Weekends: None
Pay: $21–$25/hour, commensurate with experience
Setting: Job shop in Grand Rapids with small-batch variety
