CNC Machinist | Direct Hire | Kentwood, MI | Pay: $30-31/hr. | 
Weekend Night Shift: 6pm-6am Friday-Sunday (train day shift hours M-F)

What’s a typical day as CNC Machinist? You’ll be:
•    Setting up and operating manual and automated machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
•    Maintaining and repairing machine tools and equipment
•    Reading blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine required operations
•    Measuring dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure they meet specifications, using precision measuring instruments
•    Setting up and adjusting CNC lathes, CNC mills, multi-spindle screw machines, and grinding machines

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
•    Have prior experience as a CNC Machinist or CNC Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment (automotive, medical, or electrical industries preferred)
•    Are comfortable working weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
•    Can read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
•    Have experience with precision measuring instruments and equipment maintenance
•    Are safety-conscious and quality-driven
