CNC Press Brake Operator - Day Shift

CNC Press Brake Operator | Day Shift, M-F, 40 hours, OT available

We've partnered with an established, family-owned metal fabrication shop to find their next CNC press brake operator. This is a chance to run a late-model electric servo brake (300+ ton, not a worn-out hydraulic) as a key person on a small, skilled crew, day shift, Monday thru Friday, with pay that rewards real experience.

If you're tired of being a badge number at a big plant and want your work to actually matter, this is that kind of shop. Small enough that you own your area and your bends carry weight, well-equipped enough that you're working on good iron.

What you'd run:

A 300+ ton electric servo CNC press brake, clean and modern
Carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum, bent and formed to precise specs
Parts coming straight off their laser, working from blueprints and shop drawings

What the day looks like:

Set up the machine, select and change tooling, dial in bend sequences and back gauge
Check angles and dimensions and adjust to hold tolerance
Run your own quality checks and keep your area clean, organized, and safe
Pitch in on fabrication and production as the shop needs

What they're looking for:

Hands-on CNC press brake experience
Can read blueprints and shop drawings and handle basic bend math
Knows tooling selection and how material behaves
Organized and able to run your area without hand-holding
Dependable, detail-focused, and steady in a busy shop
Valid driver's license and within reasonable travel time of the shop
