Digital CRM & Loyalty Growth Strategist

Smoothie King is seeking a Digital CRM & Loyalty Specialist in Coppell, TX. This hands-on role manages Braze-based guest communications and loyalty programs, leveraging SQL analytics to drive AUV growth, higher in-store sales, and improved NPS. You will own definitions, testing, and optimization of loyalty offers, messages, and journeys across multiple platforms, while collaborating with Marketing and cross‑functional teams.
