Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a surgical unit specializing in ENT, general surgery, bariatric surgery, and head and neck surgery
• Care for patients with complex airway needs including tracheostomies and laryngectomies
• Assess, monitor, and document patient condition and response to treatment throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established clinical protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Demonstrated experience as a surgical RN with strong clinical skills
• Experience caring for ENT, head and neck, or bariatric surgical patients

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience managing patients with tracheostomies and/or laryngectomies
• Familiarity with post-operative care protocols for general and bariatric surgery patients
