Registered Dental Hygienist
Location: Orland, CA
Schedule: Part-Time
Pay: $60 - $65 per hour, DOE
About Us:Wayne Syn DDS is a fast-growing practice committed to exceptional care and patient education. We embrace the latest technologies, from AI diagnostics to intraoral imaging, to deliver outstanding periodontal care.
We also prioritize our team’s workflow: our hygiene schedule is reserved for returning patients only. All new patients are first seen by the doctor for a comprehensive dental and periodontal evaluation. This ensures you provide focused, high-quality care without the stress of back-to-back new patient appointments.

Key Responsibilities:Provide periodontal care and education as the primary oral health expert
Utilize AI, intraoral imaging, and radiographs for diagnosis and treatment
Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene, and overall wellness
Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records
Work collaboratively with the dentist and office team to achieve daily production goals
Qualifications: Current RDH license1–2 years experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome
Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix is a plus
