Remote Real-Time Workforce Analyst

Human Interest

Human Interest is seeking an Intraday Workforce Analyst to optimize real-time staffing and service levels for our Customer Success teams across the U.S. You will forecast workload, manage schedules, and coordinate staffing actions to meet SLAs. This role acts as a liaison between workforce planning and customer-facing teams, delivering actionable insights daily. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in workforce management, strong data and analytical skills, and experience with WFM software. #J-18808-Ljbffr
