Senior Workforce Analyst

Monitoring daily call traffic, the full-time Senior Workforce Analyst will optimize resource utilization across Inside Sales and StoryCause sites while preparing reports and managing scheduling functions in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Analyze workforce metrics to improve capacity planning and maximize labor utilization rates Utilize hiring and productivity metrics to provide actionable insights for workforce management Produce reports and visualizations to support decision-making and manage scheduling changes for resource coverage Required qualifications Experience with Workforce Management software for scheduling and reporting 2-4 years of related experience in workforce analysis or management Minimum High School Degree or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred Proven strong analytical skills and proactive working style Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays, and reside in specified states
