Customer Service Team Lead - Healthcare

Customer Service Team Lead Lead and coach a customer service team to meet quality and productivity goals, support staff with system and telephony issues, monitor performance and conduct monthly 1:1s, resolve and escalates issues that affect operations or client satisfaction, ensure HIPAA and compliance adherence, partner with internal departments and clients to ensure top‑tier service. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus. 2–5 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience (required). 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role (preferred). EPIC experience strongly preferred. Proven experience working with multiple systems and databases in a fast‑paced setting. Additional Notes Hours: Monday‑Friday, various shifts (8am‑5pm, 9am‑6pm, 10am‑7pm, 11am‑8pm). Fast‑paced, high‑volume role with multiple systems and patient inquiries daily. Lead will support team success and collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery.
