NIGHT AUDITOR

DoubleTree by the Galleria is looking for an outgoing, self-motivated and guest service-oriented Night Auditor. If you are passionate about hospitality, and enjoy engaging with guests, submit your resume to apply! At least one (1) year of previous hotel night audit or hotel front desk experience required. Flexible to work any overnight shift, including holidays and weekends. Must have the ability to communicate in English. Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations. Job Description Balance room, restaurant and bar revenues, post and balance charges and settlements, maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations. Prepare daily restaurant revenue report data by auditing point of service tapes/journals to breakdown revenue, covers, waiters' fees, tips paid out and settlements by type and cashier. Run audit reports and input revenue/expenses/allowances to generate the daily reports. Resolve guest related issues and complaints. Manage overnight front desk operations and work with hotel security to help ensure safety measures are maintained.
