Day to Day Responsibilities: Job planning Subcontractor selection & agreements Budget creation and control Handled all project documentation: Buy Outs, Purchase Orders, Insurance Certifications, bonds, etc Create project schedule & ensure milestones are met Review & process shop drawings, change orders, submittals Work with project owners, architects, subcontractors, etc Ensure quality assurance and control Lead daily and weekly project meetings to ensure uniform communication across team Required Qualifications: Project Management construction experience Ground up build experience Residential or commercial construction $2M+ projects Procore Microsoft Projects Interested in hearing more?
