We embrace change and always look for the next evolution of what we can do. About The Role Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is your opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a major impact. As the driving force behind all store operations and merchandising, you'll be empowered to maximize profitability while delivering our signature best-in-class guest experience. You’ll take full ownership of the store—from managing inventory and creating standout visual displays, to ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for both team members and guests. This role is all about building and leading a powerhouse team through hiring, training, and cultivating a strong, high-performing culture. Essential Functions Drive sales and deliver unforgettable customer experiences that reflect our signature style and service Analyze sales trends and uncover opportunities to fuel growth Build a powerhouse team by recruiting, training, and inspiring employees Serve as the go-to expert for all things tech, product, and sales—empowering your team to thrive Champion our company values and bring our mission to life through your leadership Monitor expenses and maximize profitability within budget goals Uphold and enforce store policies with precision, from cash handling to safety and loss prevention Keep our store looking sharp and on-brand with flawless merchandising and cleanliness standards Take charge of inventory control and consistently hit or exceed inventory targets Stay on top of industry trends and product knowledge to lead with confidence and credibility Provide meaningful performance feedback and coaching to elevate your team regularly Foster a culture that emphasizes safety for both employees and customers Tackle new challenges and special projects with enthusiasm—whatever comes your way! Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. Bonus eligible based upon company performance indicators.
