NOW HIRING - Maintenance Technician Full-Time | Reports to Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on, full-time position responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation, and repair.

Responsibilities:

Perform interior and exterior maintenance, repairs, and renovation work
Respond to all maintenance requests within 24 business hours
Perform general plumbing, painting, furniture repair, and minor electrical repairs
Assist with HVAC monthly inspections and filter changes
Monitor and clear sidewalks during snow season
Assist with unit turnovers including drywall repairs and painting
Maintain organized inventory of all supplies
Oversee and inspect work performed by outside contractors
Serve as second in command of custodial staff when Supervisor is unavailable

Requirements:

Must Pass Pre-Employment Background Check and Drug Screen
Must have your own reliable transportation
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field
HVAC certification highly preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must be able to climb, kneel, crouch, and crawl
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and professional
