We need a Director, Commercial to lead strategy and execution across midstream services, ensuring operational alignment and commercial optimization to support scalable growth. Job Duties & Responsibilities Set and lead the commercial strategy across midstream services (gathering, processing) Own and optimize a complex portfolio of third‑party midstream agreements to maximize value and manage risk Lead high‑value commercial negotiations and structure agreements that support long‑term growth Align commercial commitments with production forecasts, infrastructure capacity, and operational realities Identify and unlock new opportunities across infrastructure, partnerships, and system optimization Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing commercial team Partner cross‑functionally to deliver integrated, commercially sound outcomes Job Specific Skills You are a commercially astute leader who understands the intersection of infrastructure, midstream contracts, and market dynamics, turning that into competitive advantage. You bring a balance of strategic thinking, execution focus, and influence at a senior level in a complex, fast‑moving environment.
