Tractor Supply Co. - - Responsibilities: Assist Store Manager with the execution of operational, sales, and merchandising objectives to deliver Legendary Customer Experience; Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members, customers, and vendors, and train Team Members on policies and procedures; Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily planning to organize store workflow; Execute basic, promotional, and seasonal merchandising activities and price changes; resolve customer issues to ensure a Legendary shopping experience; Operate and supervise store equipment and safety procedures, including forklift/baler where applicable, and obtain required licenses or certifications as needed
