You understand that exceptional care extends far beyond the clinical chair.What You BringExperience in a dental practice or med-spa environment preferred (2-3+ years strongly preferred)Experience working in a fee-for-service (FFS) settingKnowledge of or exposure to sedation dentistry and caring for anxious or high-acuity patientsA strong hospitality mindset with concierge-level service standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of practice operations, patient flow, and scheduling logisticsFamiliarity with practice management systemsA calm, organized, and solutions-oriented approach to patient careWhat You Will Be DoingDeliver a warm, seamless, white-glove experience from arrival through departureCoordinate scheduling for complex and sedation-based proceduresGuide patients through forms, treatment plans, and financial arrangements with discretion and carePrepare daily schedules and patient records for clinical teamsMaintain accurate documentation and follow-up communicationSupport patients before, during, and after sedation appointments to ensure comfort and confidenceManage front-office and administrative responsibilities to maintain an elevated practice environmentPrepare and present treatment plan and financial estimates to patients for all prescribed treatment.Schedule patient treatment appointments: reschedule patients that miss their appointment and call patients that have not completed treatment.Partner with the rest of the team to ensure providers’ schedules are optimized.Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals.Assist patient with financial arrangements.Complete estimates on patient portion of treatment.Utilize outside financial partners like CareCredit.Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms.Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Doctor and promote teamwork through cooperative and professional behaviors.Assist at the front desk as needed.Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regards to patient’s records.Other duties may be assigned.What You Will Get from UsCompetitive compensation packagesMedical and vision insurance options401(k) savings planDental care for you and your immediate familyPet insuranceShort-term and voluntary long-term disability benefitsLife insurance optionsPaid time offA refined, supportive culture that values excellence, hospitality, and patient trustA company consistently recognized as a Top Dental Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
