Location: Deming, NM at 300 South Diamond Avenue

Start Date: 09/19/2026

Shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–12pm & 1pm–5pm, with 1-hour lunch

Hours/Week: 40

Employment Type: Full-Time

Certificates Required: Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred

Experience: Prior NP experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide primary care services to diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient-centered care
• Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
• Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
• Support bilingual patients with language preferences in mind
• Participate in team meetings and patient care coordination
• Promote health education and preventive care strategies

What You Need

• Valid nurse practitioner license in New Mexico (or willingness to obtain)
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience working in outpatient or community health settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach
