What You'll Do  

As an Experience Guide, you'll create an incredible guest experience from start to finish while helping grow one of Colorado's highest-performing massage boutiques. 

You'll: 

• Welcome every guest with warmth and professionalism. 
• Build relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal members. 
• Educate guests on memberships, massage enhancements, retail products, and gift cards. 
• Confidently recommend services that enhance each guest's experience. 
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and manage guest communications. 
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism. 
• Keep the boutique organized, clean, and running smoothly. 
• Open and close the boutique according to company standards. 
• Work alongside an amazing team committed to wellness and exceptional hospitality. 

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who loves people just as much as they love achieving goals.

You'd be a great fit if you have:

 

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or membership sales experience 
• A passion for helping people 
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
• Confidence asking for the sale and recommending memberships 
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset 
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems 
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
