We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to create a welcoming, organized, and service-focused experience for clients in our office.

This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who brings positive energy, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in helping people feel supported from the moment they arrive.

The right person will balance front-office coordination with responsive customer service while contributing to a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors warmly and ensure each client has a positive and detail-oriented experience upon arrival.

• Keep shared spaces such as the kitchen, reception area, and office work areas neat, stocked, and well organized throughout the day.

• Provide attentive customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions while maintaining a high standard of service.

• Handle administrative and front-desk tasks accurately, with careful attention to details that affect client records and communications.

• Use Microsoft Office and browser-based systems to manage daily tasks, update information, and support office operations.

• Respond to client questions and concerns in a timely manner, helping strengthen satisfaction, loyalty, and future referrals.

• Collaborate respectfully with team members to maintain a cooperative, goal-focused workplace atmosphere.

• Assist with insurance-related documentation and other service coordination tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in customer service, customer success, call center support, or a similar client-facing role.

• Strong attention to detail and a consistent ability to complete work accurately.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email platforms, and multiple web browsers in a fast-paced setting.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a thoughtful and friendly approach.

• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a clear commitment to delivering outstanding client care.

• Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and maintain a tidy, welcoming office environment.

• Experience working with insurance processes is helpful, and industry experience is a plus but not required.
