Human Resources Manager | Leadership Opportunity | Part-Time to Full-Time Location: Pinehurst, NC Company: Pinehurst Coins Build the Future of Our People Strategy Pinehurst Coins is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. This position will initially be part-time (approximately 20–30 hours per week) with the expectation of transitioning into a full-time leadership role as our company continues to grow. Responsibilities Serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership. Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts. Manage employee relations while providing coaching and guidance to managers. Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives. Review compensation structures, pay bands, and salary recommendations. Coordinate employee benefits administration and vendor relationships. Support payroll processes and maintain accurate HR records. Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Assist leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Previous experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist preferred. Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Experience developing HR policies and improving workplace processes. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
