As a DAS Technician, you are responsible for reading and interpreting the proper installation specifications for various construction projects. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. Responsibilities:

• Overseeing all phases of utility construction for various types of telecom projects.
• Determining floor plan layouts, power distribution, backup power supplies, and cabling of central office equipment.
• Identifying and requisitioning parts necessary to establish low and high-level racking, transmission racking, power racking, aisle lighting, and provision for grounding.
• Creating comprehensive and accurate installation specifications and accurate equipment requirements to fulfill customer orders.
• Creating or correcting location records, drawings, bill of materials (BOM), installation notes, and memos to reflect additions and modifications to customers' location (central office) because of installation or engineering activities.
• Reviewing installation specifications.

• You have entry-level or 1 year of technical experience.
• You have a High School diploma or equivalent GED.
• You respond promptly to customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve partnership.
• You are computer literate.
• Must be trainable and coachable.
• You have the ability to learn customer specifications and standards.
• You have excellent communication skills; speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and get clarification; demonstrate group presentation skills.
• You have the ability to learn time management while working on customer sites.
• You possess dependability; follow instructions, respond to management direction; keep commitments.
• Experience in handling power tools.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 lbs.
• Must be willing and available to travel away from home for several weeks at a time (up to 75%).

Compensation of $20-$35 per hour, depending on the experience.
