Crisis Stabilization Specialist — Patient Care & Support
Palomar Health
Palomar Health is seeking a CSU staff member to support adults in acute psychiatric crisis, under RN supervision. You will help with daily living activities, safety, and basic unit operations in Escondido, CA. Responsibilities include documenting progress, participating in treatment planning, providing group support, and coordinating with Navigators for high-risk hand-offs.
