As we grow, we're looking for someone who can strengthen our organic presence, expand our local SEO strategy, support engaging social content, and help us stay ahead of Google's evolving algorithms and AI-powered search.This is a hands-on role for someone who loves digging into data, finding opportunities, creating content, testing strategies, and seeing measurable results.What You'll OwnDevelop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, and conversionsConduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent analysisPerform technical SEO audits and identify issues impacting rankings, indexing, site health, and performanceOptimize website content, landing pages, blogs, metadata, internal linking, and site structureDevelop and manage local SEO strategies across 25+ markets, including Google Business Profiles and location-specific contentPlan, create, and manage content across company social media platforms to increase engagement and brand awarenessHelp maintain a consistent brand voice and identify opportunities to connect social content with broader SEO and marketing initiativesUse GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms to monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and overall performanceStay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI search, AEO/GEO, social media trends, and emerging digital marketing strategiesTurn performance data into clear recommendations and strategies for continued growthWhat We're Looking For2–4+ years of hands-on SEO and digital marketing experienceStrong knowledge of technical, on-page, content, and local SEODemonstrated experience improving organic rankings and trafficExperience with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar toolsExperience creating and managing content for business social media platformsStrong understanding of keyword strategy, search intent, and content optimizationStrong analytical, writing, and communication skillsCuriosity around AI-powered search and how digital discovery is evolvingSomeone who can independently identify opportunities and take ownership of resultsBonus PointsExperience supporting a multi-location businessWordPress, HTML, or CSS knowledgeExperience with schema and structured dataGoogle Ads experienceConversion rate optimization or backlink strategy experienceWhy This Role Is DifferentThis isn't a role where you'll simply receive a list of keywords, update meta descriptions, and schedule social posts.We're looking for someone who wants ownership.
