UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to create amazing user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Responsibilities Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback Design flows, wireframes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications Create prototypes and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative solutions Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Establish design guidelines, standards, and best practices Create and maintain design systems Requirements 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Understanding of user-centered design principles Experience with responsive and adaptive design Knowledge of accessibility standards Excellent communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with design systems Understanding of motion design and animation Experience with user testing methodologies Familiarity with agile development processes Competitive salary and performance bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) matching Generous paid time off Home office stipend Not the right position?
