Responsibilities

As a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide, you may assist clients with:

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
• Personal care and companionship
• Mobility assistance
• Additional delegated tasks under RN supervision, as appropriate

Qualifications

To qualify, applicants must:

• Hold a valid HHA or PCA certification
• Have proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved exemption
• Have current medical documentation and vaccinations (or be willing to obtain them)
• Complete a drug screening or Habituation Form

* Medical benefits available after one year of employment and 1,560 hours worked (average 30 hours/week).

** 401(k) company match available after one year of employment and 1,000 hours worked (average 20 hours/week).
