Job Description

• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

• Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges.
