Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Med-Surg/Oncology unit. Preferred schedule includes 48 hours guaranteed.
Unit Information
- Number of Beds: 36
- Patient Ratios: 1:6
- Unit Staffing: Includes Clinical Care Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretary
- Type of Equipment: I-med, I-mobile, Neurons (vital signs machine), Glucometer, PCA, Wound Vac, Chest Tubes, Surgical Drains
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend
Patient Type
The unit serves Med-Surg, Oncology, and Hospice patients and accepts hemodynamically stable patients requiring cardiac monitoring without interventions.

- Wound Vac changes
- Drain removal
- IV/PICC line management

- NG tube insertion/removal
Floating Areas
May include Med-Surg and Telemetry (Med-Surg level patients).
Dress Code
Nurses are required to wear Pewter (gray) and PCTs are to wear Caribbean Blue.
Weekends
No on-call required.
