The Director, Service Operations establishes and executes the Company's long-term business plan for growth, staffing, asset allocation, and cost management.Salary: $147,000+Essential Functions:Sets the strategic direction for the Company's Service Departments through leadership and management of the Service Management Teams.Responsible for creation, appropriate delegation, and execution of Service Business Plans towards the achievement of revenue, profit, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction goals.Responsible for the mentoring and development of the leadership team within the Service department.Ensures a safe working environment through adherence to Company Training and Safety Guidelines.Maintains contact with the public, customers, and other employees for the purposes of networking and information exchange.Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in leading and mentoring people.
