Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys handling family law matters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, knowledge of family law procedures, and proficiency in Clio Manage.

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Manage a high-volume family law caseload under attorney supervision.
\n
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files using Clio Manage.
\n
• Track court deadlines, appearances, mediation dates, and statutory filing requirements.
\n
• Draft, prepare, proofread, and electronically file legal documents through applicable state and county e-filing systems.
\n
• Accurately record billable and non-billable time entries in Clio Manage.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Experience as a paralegal supporting family law attorneys.
\n
• Knowledge of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence, adoption, and post-separation disputes.
\n
• Proficiency in Clio Manage for case management, document organization, calendaring, task tracking, and timekeeping.
\n
• Experience drafting legal documents and handling electronic court filings.
\n
• Familiarity with discovery procedures, financial document review, and case preparation
