AtWork Personnel Harrisonburg is partnering with a respected local company that's looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to become an important part of their accounting team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing accounts receivable from start to finish
- Following up on outstanding invoices and collections professionally
- Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Processing invoices and keeping financial records accurate
- Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end reporting
- Helping ensure everything stays organized, compliant, and running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with accounting software
- A sharp eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Accounting or Finance degree is a plusbut not required!
$25 per hour
Full-time schedule
