This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate financial records, and being part of a professional and fast-paced automotive organization.About the RoleAs a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of Steven Automotive Group. You will play an important role in ensuring financial information is properly recorded, organized, and maintained while supporting the Accounting and management teams.Responsibilities Maintain accurate and organized financial records Record and process daily financial transactions Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other assigned accounts Process invoices, payments, deposits, and other accounting transactions Review financial transactions for accuracy and proper documentation Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting Maintain and update accounting records and general ledger information Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and other financial documentation Maintain organized records for audits and internal reporting Communicate professionally with management, employees, vendors, and other business contacts Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as neededCompensation$21.00 – $26.00 per hour based on experience and qualificationsBenefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off Career Advancement OpportunitiesWhy Join Steven Automotive Group?Steven Automotive Group is part of a growing automotive organization that provides employees with opportunities to develop their skills and advance their careers.
