This role is based in Greece and involves providing high-quality assistance to German-speaking customers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel booking experience. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat regarding bookings, cancellations, and other travel-related questions Assist customers in resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Maintain thorough documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate effective resolutions and service improvements Stay informed about Booking.com’s services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information Requirements Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus Experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer issues calmly and effectively Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to relocate and adapt to working in Greece Benefits Competitive monthly salary Fully paid relocation package Two extra salaries per year Fully paid training Health insurance And much more #J-18808-Ljbffr Mercier Consultancy MD
