Morlen Health is currently seeking Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join the Primary Care team in Eugene, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients. This physician will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff.

This primary care model is designed to support physicians in focusing their time on patient care, with strong collaboration and team-based support.

• No prior authorizations, with seamless collaboration with specialty care
• No call, with team physicians providing coverage for patients and inbox responsibilities

• No RVU-based compensation
• Approximately 70% of inbox messages handled by a team of clinicians
• Ability to practice full-spectrum primary care with immediate access to specialty care
• Access to a physician-friendly Epic EMR with AI-assisted charting

Your Total Rewards:

The annual salary for this position is $332,100-$374,600. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant's skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.

In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. • Base salary range: $311,700-$354,200
• Lifestyle Stipend: $20,400 annually
• Paneling Bonus: $55,000 annually
• Sign-on Bonus up to $50,000
• Student Loan Assistance Program: Up to $125,000
• Relocation Allowance available - up to $15,000
