Maintenance Technician

Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment and systems. Requires strong industrial electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to ensure equipment reliability, performance, and operational efficiency. 

Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Work Location : Cleveland, OH 44102 (Onsite)

Duration : 06 months contract

Timing: 3rd Shift, 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM

Pay Rate: $33 hourly + $2 shift differential and a paid 30-minute meal break 

Job Summary:

Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on equipment and systems.

Evaluates equipment performance and recommends improvements to enhance availability, capability, and yield.

Conducts equipment failure analysis and supports corrective actions.

Prepares technical reports and maintenance documentation.

Applies established technical methodologies to a variety of maintenance assignments.

Works with limited supervision, with guidance primarily provided for complex assignments.

Serves as a technical resource for less experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems.

Diagnose equipment failures using structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Maintain, repair, and optimize electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.

Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment issues.

Support equipment upgrades, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
