In this key leadership role, you will guide a custodial team across multiple contract sites, ensuring all cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently, thoroughly, and in alignment with both agency standards and client expectations.As the Custodial Crew Leader, you'll take the lead in operations, offering hands-on support, coaching staff, and fostering a positive, team-focused environment. You will play an active role in scheduling, transporting crew members to job sites, and keeping accurate records of work completed, hours worked, and supplies used. Your strong attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential in maintaining Mozaic's high standards while building strong, lasting relationships with our customers and community partners.Location: Seneca CountyCustodial Crew Leader Hours: ReliefOn-call basis - 1pm to 8pmPay Range: $19.00 - $20.00This position is full-time and includes a robust benefits package including: Dental InsuranceVision InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Life Insurance paid 100% by MozaicDaily pay option instead of bi-weeklyCustodial Crew Leader Required Experience:1-3 years working experience with individuals with disabilities.
