Entry-Level Sales Representative

You'll start by learning the fundamentals of recruiting, relationship-building, and the staffing industry before transitioning into Account Management within your first six months. Responsibilities: • Acquire a thorough understanding of our internal processes for client delivery and recruitment management. • Source and engage potential candidates and consultants. • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews, onboarding, and other related activities for clients. • Generate leads, build your own book of business, and exceed sales targets through merit-based promotions. • Foster strong relationships with Managers, Directors, and C-Suite level executives. • Promote the OneSparQ brand and reputation through exceptional customer service and relationship building. • Collaborate daily on goals and outcomes, while ensuring progress towards meeting company objectives.
