Manufacturing SME (Oracle SCM / R12)

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of Oracle R12 SCM Manufacturing modules including:

• BOM (Bill of Materials)
• WIP (Work in Progress)
• Production Scheduling
• MRP / MPS
• Inventory Planning
• ATP (Available to Promise)

Gather and analyze business requirements from Oracle 10.7 / legacy systems

Perform Gap Analysis between existing processes and R12 capabilities

Design and configure manufacturing processes in Oracle R12

Prepare functional design & configuration documents

Plan and execute CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions

Conduct functional testing and support SIT & UAT phases

Own and execute production deployment runbooks

Provide Hypercare support post go-live

Collaborate with:

• Technical teams for build and integrations
• Data migration teams
• Oracle support & DBAs

Drive end-user training and create training materials

Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle R12 SCM Manufacturing modules

Expertise in:

• BOM, WIP, MRP/MPS
• Production Scheduling
• Inventory Planning & ATP

Hands-on experience in:

• Implementation & Configuration
• Gap Analysis & Requirement Gathering
• Functional Testing, SIT, UAT

Strong knowledge of Discrete Manufacturing processes

Experience with runbooks, deployments, and hypercare support
