Change Management Manager

To enhance IT Change Management processes, the full-time salaried IT Change Management Manager will coordinate activities across the organization, ensuring compliance with change control procedures while working remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinates Change Management activities and leads meetings for the Change Approval Board (CAB) Monitors and ensures the consistent application of change management processes and documentation standards Develops metrics and reports on change management effectiveness and oversees communication with stakeholders regarding upcoming changes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with ten years of related work experience, including 3-5 years in IT change management Demonstrated experience in change management and supporting agility and automation initiatives Extensive knowledge of ITIL framework processes related to change, configuration, and release management Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and IT service management Experience in a DevOps environment and familiarity with Agile framework
