Change Management Manager

Job Title: Sr. Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager Duration: 5 +month contract with extension Pay Rate: $65/hr. to $70/hr. on W2 Special Requirements Product to Market (P2M) Experience: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Experience: Digital Product Creation (DPC) Experience: Strong preference for experience implementing or scaling CLO and CLO-SET or similar systems. Senior Level Change Management practitioner. Looking for 8-10+ years of experience. Let me know if the Gap Rate card is a blocker to recruiting for this level. What You'll Do Execute Change Plans: Develop and implement project-specific change management plans, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement activities tailored to GTS initiatives. Senior Stakeholder & Executive Alignment: Partner closely with brand leaders, functional VPs, and technology partners to drive executive alignment, coalition building, active, visible sponsorship across P2M initiatives. Design & Deliver Training: Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and coordinate the development and delivery of training materials, job aids, and workshops. #J-18808-Ljbffr
