Director - Foundry Advanced Packaging Business Development

Job Details:Job Description: Intel Foundry Services is looking for a highly collaborative, influential and experienced leader, responsible for initiating business engagement on new opportunities with new and existing advanced packaging and test customers, and closing sales opportunities. In this capacity, the primary focus for the leader will be to help build a world-class foundry business development and sales team with a service mindset, and be responsible for directly working with target customers to initiate and close on business engagements. . This role requires knowledge of fabless semiconductor market and customers comprehensive understanding of design and manufacturing solutions, and hands on experience in complex foundry business and contract negotiations.Responsibilities:Develop and execute Intel Foundry advanced packaging and test sales plan and manage sales goals and budget for target accountsCreate strategic business relationships and drive new revenue sources for the organizationNegotiate strategic and complex design and manufacturing dealsCollaborate with members of the IFS team and supporting organizations to ensure excellent customer experience across all customer interactions and requirements, from needs assessment to final delivery.Help recruit and hire sales staff, coach and grow IFS account teams' resourcesManage customer demand forecast, and provide judged short and long term volume and revenue plans per customer to ensure supply planningMonitor the market and competitor technology, services, capacity for timely business sensing.Review customer activity, anticipate customer needs, and improve customer satisfaction.Create sales reports and provide feedback to the leadership teamDevelop and execute licensing and business agreements for design and manufacturing servicesIdentify where improvements can be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.Qualifications:12+ years of industry experience including direct experience in Semiconductor business development, sales and customer relationship managementProven leadership capabilities in a multi-cultural and cross-functional team environmentJob Type:Experienced HireShift:Shift 1 (United States of America)Primary Location: US, California, Santa ClaraAdditional Locations:Posting Statement:All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by local law, regulation, or ordinance.Position of TrustThis role is a Position of Trust.
