Change Management Lead

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Change Management Lead to drive end-to-end change management across complex, fast-moving programs. This role sits at the intersection of communications, marketing, training, and stakeholder management - owning the "people side" of change to ensure that programs are not just delivered, but successfully adopted by leadership and teams across the organization.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing change on large-scale, dynamic initiatives where requirements, timelines, and stakeholders are constantly evolving, and knows how to bring structure, clarity, and buy-in to ambiguous situations.
What You'll Do:
  • Design and execute comprehensive change management strategies for complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Drive communications and marketing efforts to support program rollout, including websites, newsletters, FAQs, and other adoption collateral.
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement plans to support smooth adoption of new tools, processes, or systems.
  • Partner closely with program/project leads to align on goals, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Build and manage stakeholder alignment plans across leadership, cross-functional teams, and end users.
  • Proactively set and manage expectations with stakeholders to minimize resistance and surprises.
  • Identify change risks and resistance points early, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Define and track adoption metrics, gathering feedback to continuously improve change approaches.
  • Create executive-ready communications and updates to keep leadership informed and engaged.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to program leadership on change readiness and organizational impact.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational change, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management on large, complex, and dynamic programs (not just standard rollouts).
  • Strong background in stakeholder management, including engaging and influencing senior leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with communications and marketing deliverables (e.g., websites, campaigns, internal comms).
  • Experience designing and delivering training/enablement programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audience.
  • Strong program/project management instincts - comfortable operating in ambiguity and adjusting plans as programs evolve.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption and measure success through clear metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have:
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
  • Experience in tech, enterprise software, or similarly fast-paced industries.
  • Experience supporting global or cross-regional program rollouts.
