Job Title: Scrum Master / Project Manager (Hybrid – Agile & Waterfall, AI Programs)

Location: Remote

Role Summary

We are seeking a hybrid Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead delivery across Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies. This role will manage cross-functional teams delivering AI-enabled solutions, digital platforms, and enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine Agile coaching with strong project management expertise to ensure successful, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and track Agile metrics (velocity, burndown)

• Own end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, risk)
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Manage governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (tech, data, AI, business, vendors)
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies

Key Skills

• Agile (Scrum) & Waterfall project delivery
• AI/digital project experience preferred
• Strong stakeholder & communication skills
• Risk management and problem-solving
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project (or similar)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM preferred)
• 5+ years in project management / Scrum roles
