Restaurant Manager Cutler Bay, FL A high-volume casual dining restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join its leadership team in the South Miami market. This role offers the chance to lead a busy operation known for its lively atmosphere, strong guest following, and team-focused culture. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining service standards, developing talent, and driving operational performance.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational consistency.
- Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and supervisors.
- Manage scheduling, labor deployment, and staffing levels based on business needs.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding efforts.
- Monitor sales trends and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and create positive recovery experiences.
- Partner with senior leadership to achieve financial, operational, and people-development goals.
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume full-service or casual dining environment.
- Demonstrated success leading large teams in a busy restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of labor management, scheduling, and cost controls.
- Ability to motivate teams and maintain accountability through active leadership.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.
- Food safety certification preferred.
- Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually
