Field Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Seattle, WA. As a Field Sales Representative, you will prospect new accounts, manage existing customer relationships, deliver consultative sales presentations, and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, customer visits, networking, referrals, and territory research. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers, serving as a trusted advisor and solution provider. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and pricing recommendations while negotiating within company guidelines. Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, account follow-up, closing opportunities, and customer retention. Develop and execute territory sales plans, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide regular sales forecasts and updates. Collaborate with internal teams including operations, customer service, marketing, and leadership to support customer needs and market growth. Required Qualifications and Skills Generate new business opportunities and expand customer relationships within an assigned territory. Manage customer accounts, sales activity, pipeline development, and territory planning. Deliver consultative sales presentations, proposals, negotiations, and account follow-up. Partner with internal teams to support customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and revenue growth. Minimum 3 years of field sales, outside sales, business development, or account management experience. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize territory activity. Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend effective solutions. Organized, self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a face-to-face sales environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience selling products or services in a B2B environment. Experience with consultative or solution-based sales. Established network within the local business community. Experience managing large accounts and negotiating contracts.
