Remote Customer Service Agent

To assist consumers in choosing the right travel insurance policies, the full-time Remote Customer Service Agent will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, and guide customers through the selection process while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel insurance needs Educate customers about insurance products, including coverage options and benefits Assist customers in comparing different insurance plans to help them make informed decisions Required qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the insurance or travel industry High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or insurance is advantageous Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively Strong customer service and computer skills Willingness to undergo training and continuous learning to stay updated on product knowledge and industry changes
