Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Maintenance I to perform mechanical repairs and routine CNC maintenance while supporting day-to-day facility operations. In this entry-level role, you will focus on developing technical proficiency, executing standard maintenance tasks, and supporting team activities to meet business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (e.g. presses, mills, lathes)

Perform routine CNC maintenance and inspections (runout, leaks, vibration checks)

Level CNC equipment using machinist tools

Support basic electrical and facility maintenance activities

Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities

Support team operations and contribute to departmental goals

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and follow work instructions

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Basic computer competency

Ability to stand and/or walk, bend, or crouch for at least an 8-hour shift

Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel machinery, equipment parts, and work near moving mechanical parts

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Associate degree in a technical field

2-6 years of maintenance experience

CNC maintenance experience

Electrical certification (residential)

Work Type: Onsite - This role follows an Onsite Work Schedule and requires working from your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.

Expected Base Salary Range: $41,600-$60,777

The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors.

This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and business needs.
